Join Triathlete Elisa Woody as she shares her experience and advice in our 3-part series geared at preparing your body and mind for your next athletic challenge, be it a 5-mile Bosque ride or an International Triathlon.
Session 1: January 15th at 4pm - Base training, focus/goal-setting, strength training, and basic nutrition
Session 2: February 19th - Interval training, hill climbing, threshold training, endurance nutrition
Session 3: March 27th - Getting race ready, tapering, getting ready for race day
